Make the Dressing - In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, horseradish, relish (if using), Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To Serve - Use as a dressing for a salad or coleslaw, or condiment for burgers, Reubens, or corned beef sandwiches.
